Where do I enter my promo code?

In your Cart, click the Have a code? drop-down above the Checkout button.

Note: there must be an item in your cart to add a code.

How do I remove or change a promo code I entered?

Remember that Vistaprint is only able to apply one promo code per transaction.

To change the promo code:

• Delete the text in the promo code box.

• Type a new code in the promo code box.

• Click Apply.

If you have already successfully applied a promo code & then enter a different one that is not valid, we won't remove the previous code. Instead, we display the pink error message followed by the, "We kept your previous valid code for you" message above the promo box.

To remove a promo code:

• Delete the text in the promo code box.

• Click Apply.

Before you submit your order, be sure the final price is what you expected. If it isn't, contact us and we'll figure it out.

Once a refund is issued, how long will it take for me to see the funds in my account?

It will take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are made to the payment method used.

• Click My Account > My Projects.

Returning customers also have instant access to their previous projects from the VistaPrint homepage:

• Sign in to your VistaPrint account.

• Click My Projects from the banner on the homepage.
