What if my order is damaged or missing parts

Within 30 days of delivery, call Customer Support at 1-800-430-3376 if an order is damaged, missing parts, or needs to be completed.

Blinds: Unless they are marked as "Guaranteed to Fit," custom blinds cannot be exchanged but can be returned. Only four blinds are permitted per home. The exchanged item and color must match. If there is a price difference between the old and new blinds, additional fees can be necessary. Within 15 days of receiving the package, an exchange must be made. To get a replacement if you received the wrong item, call 1-800-921-2119.
