How much do you charge for shipping?

On days when there are no additional clearance sale days, orders with products totaling $150 or more that are delivered to locations in the continental United States are eligible for free standard shipping. On additional clearance sale days, customers who pay with a Dillard's Credit Card or Dillard's American Express Card will enjoy free delivery on orders with products totalling $99 or more.

Orders placed before 12 PM CST (noon) with the option for Expedited or Next Business Day shipping are shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed for expedited or next business day shipping on a Friday after noon CST, a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday will be shipped the next business day. Each address's shipping costs are determined individually based on the value of the order being delivered to that location. The following charges will apply to your order:

What if I need to cancel my order?

If we received your request before a shipping label was created, we can cancel your order. An order cannot be canceled once a shipping label has been generated, however it can be returned to us or to any Dillard's store location. 

The following goods cannot be exchanged or returned: 

• Clearance items at a discount of at least 65 percent; 

• items on sale with an additional discount; for example, items with a discount of 25 percent plus an additional 30 to 50 percent for a limited time; and personalized items. 

• The restrictions on returns and exchanges mentioned earlier do not apply to products that are broken, faulty, or received in error.

Do you offer Gift Wrap? 

Yes. Wedding Registry purchases are packaged in a complimentary white gift box. For all other purchases we offer gift wrap options at $8 per item.
